1. Order Processing

Orders are generally processed within 2–5 business days.
Personalised, customised, and made-to-order products may require additional processing time.
Processing times may vary depending on the product and order volume.
You will receive an order confirmation after placing your order.

2. Shipping & Delivery

We currently ship orders across India.

Estimated delivery time after dispatch:

Mumbai & nearby locations: 2–4 business days
Other parts of India: 4–8 business days
Remote locations: Delivery may take additional time.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, or circumstances beyond our control.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your delivery location and order details.
If a free shipping offer is available, the applicable terms will be displayed on the website.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details will be shared through your registered contact information whenever tracking is available.

5. Personalised & Customised Orders

Personalised products are specially created according to the information provided by you.

Once production has started, personalised or customised orders may not be eligible for cancellation or changes.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

We carefully pack every order before dispatch.

If your package arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

For damaged packages, please provide clear photographs/videos of the package and product so that we can review the issue and assist you.

7. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Please make sure your delivery address and phone number are correct before placing your order.

Gifts & Glitters is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.

If an order is returned because of an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

8. Delivery Delays

Delivery may occasionally be delayed because of courier-related issues, weather conditions, public holidays, strikes, natural events, or other circumstances outside our control.
